VPNGive provides international route subscriptions covering 100+ countries and 170+ routes. This page explains what data the service handles at sign-up, ordering, connecting and visit statistics, why it is handled, how long it is kept, and how users can look up and delete it.
Information Collected and Its Purpose
The service handles only the data required to provide international route subscriptions, grouped into four categories by purpose.
- Account information: signing up needs only a username and password, with no email address required. Passwords are stored as irreversible hashes, and the system keeps no plaintext password.
- Order and billing information: the plan or data pack purchased, order amount, payment method, activation date, expiry date and remaining data. Used to activate routes, meter data by plan, and handle upgrade credits and refunds.
- Usage records: data used and connection time per account, used to check plan quotas and to handle tickets such as failed connections or unusual speeds.
- Visit statistics: aggregated figures such as page views, referring page, browser and device type, used to judge which content needs maintenance and updating.
The service does not ask for real names, addresses or identity documents, and does not collect contact lists or precise location.
No-Log Stance and Connection Data
The service does not record which websites a user visits, does not store the contents of DNS queries, and keeps no connection logs that tie an account to a specific destination address. The network side handles only the transient data needed for forwarding, and nothing is retained long term once a session ends.
What is kept are per-account usage numbers: data used, connection time, subscription expiry. Plans and data packs are billed by traffic, and without these numbers the service could not meter quotas, show remaining data, or handle refunds and upgrade credits. These numbers record how much was used, not where it was used.
Usage records are not used for advertising and are not sold or exchanged with third parties. Screenshots and descriptions users volunteer in a ticket are used only to diagnose that one issue.
Payment Handling and Third Parties
The site supports Alipay, WeChat and USDT, and payment is completed by the respective channel. The service never touches or stores card numbers, payment passwords or wallet private keys, and keeps no full payment receipt.
Once payment completes, the service receives only three results: order number, amount and payment status, used to activate the subscription and reconcile accounts. Refunds follow the 60-day money-back guarantee and are returned through the original payment channel; conditions and process are set out in the refund policy.
Apart from payment channels and the technical providers needed to keep routes running, the service gives no account information or usage records to third parties; where law requires disclosure, users are informed to the extent permitted.
Data Retention and Deletion
Account information and usage records are kept while the account exists. Order and billing records are kept for the period needed to handle refunds, reconciliation and disputes, then deleted or anonymised.
Deletion: sign in to the user panel and submit an account deletion request in a ticket. Once processed the account cannot be restored, and remaining data, unexpired subscriptions and order history all become void, so please confirm you no longer need the account before submitting.
Receipt and progress of a deletion request are answered in the ticket. If you can no longer sign in, describe the situation at the same ticket entry point and it will be handled after manual verification.
Policy Updates and Contact
When the policy changes, the last-updated date at the top of this page changes with it. For material changes to data scope, processing purpose or retention periods, the on-site announcement sets out what changed and when it takes effect.
Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect counts as accepting the updated policy; anyone who does not accept it may request a refund within the 60-day money-back guarantee and stop using the service.
Data enquiries, deletion requests and other questions about this policy go through the tickets page in the user panel, where a ticket can be created after signing in.
